Bushmills 12 Year Old is a rich and smooth triple-distilled Irish single malt whiskey matured in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks before finishing in Marsala wine casks for added depth and complexity. It opens with aromas of toasted almonds, vanilla, baked apple, and candied pear, followed by creamy notes of honey, spiced fruits, caramelised brown sugar, and dark chocolate on the palate. The finish is long, clean, and warming with lingering oak, dried fruit, and gentle baking spice notes.
